The only downside I found in this model was the VibraRise mop pads mount isn’t movable. While you can replace the mopping cloth (if necessary) but it’s a challenge to take off the mount itself to wash manually. I’ve found any plush carpet that the robot crosses will come into contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on the mount, which can cause abrasions.

However, you’ll need to jump through a few hoops to enable voice control with this model which is unfortunate considering the quality of its performance.
