The Joie Roomie Glide

The Joie Roomie Glide crib is a bedside crib which allows parents to sleep with their infant while ensuring they are safe to sleep. The smooth gliding motion of the Joie Roomie Glide can help calm your baby and its unique features let you keep an eye on your child without leaving bed.

The cot’s slide-away side panel can be raised and lowered with the push of the button, making it a breeze to reach inside and soothe a crying baby at night. It also has 11 height adjustments that allow it to fit on the mattress of almost any size bed and it comes with adjustable feet that fold down to make sure that it sits at just the right height.

In terms of safety the cot is cushioned and fitted with mesh sides to provide more ventilation, and its mattress is made of high-density foam for additional protection. It’s also washable so that you can keep it clean, and it is fitted with a sheet that is suitable for the cot.

In contrast to other cribs for bedside use unlike other cribs for bedside use, the Roomie Glide is suitable for the majority of beds, including divans, thanks to its straps and clip attachment. It can also be used as a standalone crib when it is not connected to the bed. It is packed with amazing features designed with parent and baby bonding in mind.

One thing to bear in mind is that while this crib is perfect for newborns, it won’t last long after your child is six months old, and you will need to invest in an additional cot. However, overall Roanna found that the Joie Roomie Glide was a really good buy and she especially liked its sleek design.

John Lewis sells the Roomie Glide for PS160. Roanna thought this was a fair price for such a cot. She was pleased with the way it looked in her bedroom and believed its gray color would be appropriate for the majority of modern homes. She did point out that it’s not a good idea to rock a baby when it’s younger as it can cause an unhealthy sleep pattern that can be difficult to overcome later.

The Tutti Bambini CoZee

The Tutti Bambini CoZee bedside crib is designed to provide an uninterrupted night’s sleep. It features an adjustable side rail that can be easily lowered to feed your child in the evening without disturbing them or causing them to get out of bed. This is great for mothers who breastfeed! It’s also light, making it easy to move around the house during naps and also for travel.

It’s made of soft materials and has mesh sides that are breathable to help promote airflow. It is available in charcoal or oak and various melange fabrics that blend with a variety of styles. Anna found it to be sturdy and secure after being affixed to her bed. The legs slid into place and the zippers were secure to ensure security. It took Anna around 10 minutes to put it together and did not require any tools. There are clear instructions as well as a video, and a customer support number in case you encounter any issues.

The CoZee crib comes with all the features you would think of in a crib for your bed, including the ability to connect it to your existing bed with a stay-in-place connection system. It also has six height settings. In addition it has an inclined feature that can be used to assist infants suffering from reflux or congestion. It is also machine-washable and is a must for all the dribbles, vomit, and snot that can be found in a newborn baby!

The CoZee is an excellent choice for keeping your child in the first six months of learning to sleep independently. It can be used as a cot, changing station and toddler bed. With the addition of a sofa bed extension pack, it can be converted into an actual crib. While it won’t magically put your baby to sleep or feed them, it will rock the baby and take them to school.

The Chicco Next2Me Magic

This is one of the more expensive options. However, it comes with a lot of excellent features. It’s designed to function as an individual side sleeper or standalone crib and is suitable from birth up to six months. It features a brand new mechanism for opening and closing the side panel. It’s easy to operate even with one hand. It’s also more adjustable than the predecessor, with 11 different height settings and legs that retract to fit underneath any bed.

Our testers loved the ease of access the side panel provides, which can be lowered and raised at the touch of the button. This was a huge benefit in feedings at night as it meant that they could easily reach in and pick up their baby without waking them.

The side panel can be lowered on its own however, it’s not advised as it increases the risk of your baby falling out of the cot. The safety locking system guarantees that the side panel will only remain in place if it’s properly attached to the mattress of the parent. This feature is great to have peace of mind when you’re breastfeeding and require frequent feedings at night.

The Chicco Next2Me Magic is designed to work with any bed, including divan bases and beds with drawers due to the legs that telescopic. It features a tilting feature for babies with reflux, as well as an option to rock to calm them after eating. It’s also extremely spacious and offers great ventilation due to its mesh sides.

Our test subjects found the Next2Me Magic easy to set up and use, although it does come with lengthy instructions. It’s a bit heavier than other side-sleepers, but it can still be easily moved from one place to another. It can also be folded up into its travel bag which is great if you want to transport it. Its dual-view mesh side panels and breathable, hypo-allergenic airflow mattress increase airflow to keep your baby cool and comfortable. The gentle slope helps reduce colic and reflux. The zip-down side lets you to feed your baby or soothe them at night.

The cot conversion kit (sold separately) is also well-designed, with clear directions and everything you require to get started. bedside travel crib took us about an hour to put together and was relatively simple. The only issue with the instructions was that certain pictures did not have captions. This made it difficult for us to follow. However, overall it was an easy process and the quality of materials used was excellent.

The Shnuggle Air is a great choice for mothers who are breastfeeding or have had a c-section. It lets them reach out and touch their baby to comfort them and feeding without having to leave their bed. It’s a great option for parents who do not want to go through the burden of putting their infant in a traditional cot or even getting them out of it.

During our testing we observed the gliding motion of this next-to-me crib to be particularly useful in helping babies fall asleep after feedings at night and midday. The drop-down sides make it easy to feed or soothe babies during the night. This was a huge selling point for our exhausted moms who took part in our tests. While it doesn’t rock or have extra features such as an audio system, the Joie Roomie Slide’s elegant design and practicality make it a great addition to our top bedside crib reviews.
